Calorie Counting

Do yall do calorie counting? Or just workout, then workout harder, then workout even harder???

What do you use to track calories if you do count them?

I do count calories. I don't use anything. I just always look at what I eat. If I kno it's gonna be a cheat day I'll just workout a lil longer and harder. But as long as I stay within my calorie range and workout I can pretty much eat what I want
