Reduced Calories and/or Low Fat

Does anybody use anything that is reduced calories or low fat that actually works? I see more preservatives, salt, etc in these foods that is considered bad and stuff I would consider worse than the calories they replaced!

Most of that low fat, reduced calorie stuff is bogus. They replace the fat with sugar or salt most of the time. Still bad for you.
